Each massage session is different and can be customized to provide the most effective results. Upon arrival we will discuss and formulate a plan for your massage. Techniques used include Swedish (relaxation), trigger point, rehabilitative, deep tissue, and prenatal and postpartum massage. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first session to complete intake paperwork.
